Processing Time
All products are handmade to order unless otherwise stated as Ready to Ship.
Please allow:
- 3–7 business days for standard orders
- 7–14 business days for custom orders
- Additional processing time during large launches, holidays, or sales events
Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through USPS and tracking information will be emailed once your order has been processed.
Momo's Scents & More is not responsible for:
- Delayed shipping caused by USPS
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Local Weather Notice
Because many of our products are fragrance-based and heat-sensitive, products may soften or melt during extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for heat damage caused during shipping transit.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade and customizable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:
- Custom Orders
- Personalized Items
- Opened Products
- Used Products
However, if there is an issue with your order due to damage or receiving the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to make things right when applicable.
